Feed Readers
Feed readers are a great tool for librarians to keep track of the professional blogs and websites they follow. As librarians, we should be striving to keep up with the ever changing educational and technological landscapes, so feed readers would provide great assistance with such a task. Additionally, librarians could share feed readers with teachers and students. These could be used for curriculum planning, professional development, and to help students organize and find resources for research or other projects. There are several options for feed readers as laid out in the article. I chose to create a Feedly account because I have heard about it before, and I wanted to use something really user-friendly. I figured if I had heard of it, it would be easiest to use. Using it was very simple, you just set up an account and begin searching for feeds to follow.
